I had to attend this centre due to a court order and I must say the staff made me feel very welcome as I was slightly nervous as i didn't know what to expect. When I entered the premises I was greeted by some friendly faces along with the procedures regarding covid 19 which were made clear. Every time I attended I was greeted with a warm welcome and genuine goodbye when I departed.

Jill was supervising my contact and went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed for my children. Also Sarah the centre manager was very helpful and assisted me when I had to light the cake for my sons birthday. The staff again all are very accommodating and when I wanted to leave my gifts in the reception area they moved them to a safe place while I moved my car.

Overall I felt very welcome when I was at the centre by the staff. A special mention to jill and Sarah for accommodating me during these uncertain times.

This contact centre changed my perception on contact centres all together. Now I have had previous experience in different centres across different boroughs, this one stands out for me. If I could give more stars I would have.

My contact supervisor is Charlotte she has made the whole transition for me and my beautiful daughter so smooth. You know when you have a genuine supervisor who helps you and your child's every need. Charlotte explains the whole process and answers questions from me and daughter honestly. She is very inviting and always asks if were ok, she's over accommodating. She goes above for my contact and it's made life so much easier.

I skip to my contacts other places I've dreaded the whole process and couldn't wait to leave. Now I don't want to leave. You have no sense of feeling its supervised it's so comfortable. Staff that I have come into contact with ie: Reception are very polite, always welcoming with a smile and and really helpful. My over all experience has been joyous me and my daughter really love this place.

I've attended the contact centre a number of times now I have nothing bad to say about it , all of the stuff are really supportive& polite & very professional , the supervisor who i am working with is very kind & very honest, The rooms are always clean & tidy , I would highly recommend this centre without there help i wouldn't have ever been able to get the bond back with my son! Thank you all so much for your help & I look forward to coming to the centre in the coming weeks.

My daughter enjoys the visits and she settled in very quickly due to the staff helping wherever they can. The staff will go out of there way to make your visit enjoyable.
