This service is only available to local authorities.

NRSCC will make available a contact room for a family and the local authority will be required to provide a supervised contact worker. The Supervisor and the local authority will have responsibility for the family whilst on the premises and the supervisor would need to be available for handovers of the child/children, the management of the contact session and its participants.
